Courtney Voelker, Certified Health Coach
Courtney is a FxNA Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor and a certified Health and Life Coach through the Health Coach Institute - accredited by the International Coach Federation – the gold standard of coaching.
Courtney works closely with Dr. Nielsen to support each patient’s care plan. We have found that this collaboration allows patients to achieve results beyond that of a self-directed program.
Courtney believes that a health coach is a non-judgemental partner and guide but never a dictator. Her approach puts you in the driver’s seat to figure out what you want and how to make it happen, realistically, step-by-step.
